There is no one better than Dianne!.:) She is a true professional and an amazing person.
Dianne properly estimated and listed our house on a market (which was very close to what we wanted for it as well). She gave us advice on what to fix and what would and would not add value to our house at a time of a sale, and so much more. All of this resulted in a first visitor's to the house offer and subsequent sale. We had a few other showing within the following week as well and 3 more families were interested in our house.
Dianne was available any time and every time when we needed her advice or were close to emotional breakdowns because of all the stress that the sale of a house involves. She was very reasonable with the buyers of our house and was protecting our interests much more than we could have expected from anyone.
I can say with the confidence that Dianne was our second mom during the whole process of selling the house and we would highly recommend her to anyone who would be interested in buying or selling a house.
